01 Policy Overview
At Wallora Wallpaper, we take immense pride in the quality and artistry of every product we create. We want your experience — from browsing to installation — to be exceptional. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Our standard return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition to qualify for a return.
Please Note
Because many of our wallpapers are made-to-order and cut to your specific dimensions, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to request a sample before placing a full order.
02 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Returned within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date
Unused, uninstalled, and in original factory-sealed condition
Returned in the original packaging with all protective materials intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Not a custom-sized, personalised, or digital download product

03 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where Wallora Wallpaper is at fault (e.g., manufacturing defect, incorrect shipment):
Custom-sized or personalised wallpaper orders
Any wallpaper that has been cut, trimmed, or installed
Opened peel & stick rolls with removed backing paper
Sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as final sale
Digital files and downloadable pattern designs
Sample packs and swatch bundles
Items returned after 14 days of delivery without prior authorisation
Important
Colour variations due to monitor calibration differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return. We strongly recommend ordering a physical sample before purchasing full rolls.
04 Return Process
Please follow these steps to initiate a return. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Step 1
Contact Us Within 14 Days Email us at hello@wallorawallpaper.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. For damaged items, please attach clear photographs.
Step 2
Await Return Authorisation (RMA) Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with return shipping instructions.
Step 3
Pack & Ship Your Item Carefully repack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Ship using a tracked courier service.
Step 4
Inspection & Confirmation Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.
Step 5
Refund or Exchange Issued Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Exchanges are dispatched within 5 business days of return receipt.
05 Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued as follows:
Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
PayPal: 3–5 business days
Klarna / Buy Now Pay Later: Up to 10 business days; please also contact Klarna directly
Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval, valid for 12 months
Good to Know
If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@wallorawallpaper.com and we'll investigate promptly.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
06 Exchanges
We're happy to exchange eligible products for a different design, colourway, or quantity. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as the return process above and specify your preferred replacement in your initial email. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If lower, we will refund the difference.
Tip
Not sure which design to choose? We offer sample rolls for most of our collections so you can see the texture, colour, and scale in your own space before committing to a full order.
07 Damaged or Defective Items
We quality-check every order before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologise and will resolve it immediately — at no additional cost to you.
Please report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@wallorawallpaper.com with the following:
Your order number and full name
A clear description of the defect or damage
Minimum 3 photographs showing the issue (including packaging if visibly damaged)
Confirmation of whether you prefer a replacement or a full refund
Time-Sensitive
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be processed, as we are unable to determine whether damage occurred post-delivery.
08 Digital & Custom Orders
Digital Downloads: All digital products (pattern files, print-ready designs) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your file, contact us and we will provide a replacement file or alternative format.
Custom / Bespoke Orders: Orders produced to your specific measurements, colours, or personalisation instructions are non-returnable as they cannot be resold. We will, however, fully remake or refund any custom order that contains a manufacturing error on our part.
Before approving any custom order for production, we send a digital proof for your review. Once you confirm the proof, we cannot accept cancellations or changes. Please review all details carefully before providing your approval.
09 Return Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs is determined as follows:
Change of mind / unwanted item: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Wallora Wallpaper covers all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label
Exchange: Customer covers return shipping; we cover dispatch of the replacement
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns. Wallora Wallpaper cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit on the return journey.
