01 Processing Times 

All Wallora Wallpaper orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Processing times vary by product type: 
In-stock standard rolls: 1–2 business days 
Made-to-order / custom sizes: 3–5 business days 
Large volume or trade orders: 5–7 business days 
Digital downloads: Instant delivery to your email 
Please Note 
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+3) or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons (November–December), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

03 Estimated Delivery Times 

Delivery estimates below are from the date of dispatch (after processing). These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. 
🇹🇷 Turkey 
1–3 Business Days Shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo or MNG Kargo. Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays. 

🇪🇺 Europe 
5–14 Business Days Standard shipping via PTT or DHL Economy. Express shipping via DHL Express or UPS. 

🇺🇸 USA / CA 
8–18 Business Days Standard via PTT International or FedEx Economy. Express via FedEx International Priority. 

🌍 Global 
12–25 Business Days Delivery times vary by destination country. Delays may occur due to local customs processing. 

Important 
Wallora Wallpaper is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, national holidays, adverse weather, or carrier disruptions. These are outside our control. 

04 Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. 
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch 
For domestic orders, track via the carrier's website (Yurtiçi / MNG) 
For international orders, track via 17track.net or the carrier's portal 
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us 

05 Customs, Duties & Taxes 

For orders shipped outside Turkey, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. 
Wallora Wallpaper has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount 
We are legally required to declare the full value of all shipments on customs forms 
We do not mark shipments as "gifts" to circumvent customs charges 
Customs processing times may extend delivery estimates by several days 
We recommend contacting your local customs authority or visiting their website to understand potential charges before placing an order. 

06 Lost or Delayed Orders 

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. 
Our Promise 
If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend your order at no additional cost or offer a full refund — whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority. 

Please note: orders are not considered lost until after the maximum estimated delivery window has passed and a carrier investigation has been completed. 

07 Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses 

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can amend addresses before dispatch at no charge. 
Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched 
Wallora Wallpaper is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer 
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer
